While everyone seemed to be gawking at Imagineer Zach Riddley's video and new photos for Epcot's Space 220 restaurant (me included), I dug a little bit deeper. His Instagram page shows a piece of concept art for Mexico at World Showcase that I hadn't seen before. So here it is. Why "Little Mexico"? Well you know a full size pic and in better resolution has to be in The Walt Disney World archives somewhere.
As one of my favorite nations there, I just can't get enough! Cinco de Mayo or otherwise, there's just so much to enjoy. Now, if they'd just bring back El Rio del Tiempo... Oh, I forgot. The days of culture not characters is long gone.(Art copyright The Walt Disney Company.)
