Marc Davis. For just about any Disney park fan, his name conjure up images of classic, iconic, humor filled "E Ticket" attractions. Disneyland was his Imagineering playground. In this one singular image, the viewer can see drawings which represent his artistry as reflected in the parks: Pirates of the Caribbean, Country Bear Jamboree, The Haunted Mansion, the Jungle Cruise. And the list goes on and on- including his most famous unbuilt attraction not represented here: Western River Expedition.
It's interesting to me that the "star" of this piece of art is The Snow Queen, the idea for an animated film (and attraction) that turned into Frozen. The man was an undisputed genius. Imagineering needs more like him.
