It's Time

Finally hit the end. The end of feeling like crap, wondering why my metabolism is not like it should be. Time for a brand new round of discipline. Time to change it up, and time to change up my work out routine. Back to the running. It's time- hope I have the endurance.

Airing Dirty Laundry

I'm far from perfect, no surprise. And its coming out lately in ways I have not experienced in a long time. More fear than I ever thought. Anger, pride, lust, greed, doubt, unforgiveness, ugly stuff. Just when I think I am doing better with some of these things, well, God just shares with me a glimpse of myself... and then reminds me how much He loves me and how I'm his kid through my faith in Jesus.

Thank you, Lord, for the gift of repentance and the gift of new life and hope for my future.
