Just arrived on my computer, a supposed piece of Disney concept art for EPCOT Center's magnificent El Rio Del Tiempo, an opening day attraction at World Showcase in Mexico. I can't make out the artists signature. Is it real? If so, who is the Imagineer? Inquiring minds need to know. Somebody help me out.
