Newest Face of Anorexia?

Is Victoria Beckham a victim of anorexia? Is the newest American Idol judge in trouble? Look at the photo from USA Today and judge for yourself. Wasn't the loss of Karen Carpenter enough to warn everyone excessive dieting is nothing to play around with? So sad, so sad.
