If you live in Denver, Casa Bonita is an institution! Known for cliff divers, a gorilla, sopapillas and inedible food, it was a must-see tourist attraction. Once it was put on South Park, it became world famous. In 2021, South Park's creators Matt Stone and Trey Parker purchased the fading gem of Denver kitsch and made it famous again.
