There's the anticipation and then there's the reality. And then there's the reservations that are hard to get. Happily this isn't Disney- it's Universal Orlando, and that actually means it is much easier and makes planning a whole lot better. Toothsome Chocolate Emporium was the place I had to eat at when we began planning our trip to Mickey's competition. Thinking of it as Willy Wonka meets The Edison, well, who wouldn't want to visit?
