Design Detail: Kali River Rapids

Per square inch, Disney's Animal Kingdom probably has more design detail than the other three parks at Walt Disney World. The cut rate version of Tiger River Run aka Kali River Rapids is no exception.

Few would argue that the attraction has as much detail as the queue- which is a shame because the ride as is - even if truncated - is still fun. While you're waiting to get drenched, take a look at the office of the manager. Each of the rafts has a specific name and status.


Look closer and you'll find poor Manaslu Slammer at the very bottom of the list. It's poor crew and passengers were "due back yesterday". Perhaps that's why those working in the main office had "Gone to Temple, Return Soon". It's a situation that could be needing prayer!
