The original plan and design for Grand Californian Hotel looked alot more like what you'd find in Solvang instead of the beautiful hotel we have today. Here's one instance where the Imagineers and designers went the most stylish and expensive route in their plans. Of course, this was for a hotel and not DCA the theme park.
