Here's one of the most distinctive illustrations of Disneyland. This one is from the 1964 guidebook, prior to the opening of some very big projects that would change the face of the park. No Pirates, New Orleans Square, the New Tomorrowland, or the Haunted Mansion- yet. But it was still a unique place to play. Nice, very nice, indeed.(Art copyright The Walt Disney Company.)
